摘要
通过对常规触蒸茧包中间与靠边部位茧的茧层丝胶溶失率及其制得生丝的强伸力、黑板卷绕过程中丝条张力的测试 ,并对产生原因进行了探究 ,初步揭示了常规触蒸对茧包中间与靠边部位茧的丝胶溶失率及其生丝机械性能的影响 ,为进一步改进改善触蒸设备及工艺提供了依据。
A series of tests are made on sericin degumming loss percentage of cocoon layers in the middle and side parts of coccon bales under direct steaming,strength and elongation of raw silk reeled from such cocoons and tension of strand silk in panel winding The results reveal the influence of the direct steaming upon sericin degumming loss and mechanical property of raw silk,providing grounds for further improvement of direct steaming apparatus and relevant technology
