摘要
芳纶具有优异的性能 ,是橡胶制品极为理想的增强材料 ,但芳纶和橡胶的粘合性差。本文研究了芳纶与橡胶的粘合体系和浸胶工艺 ,使芳纶增强的橡胶产品的粘合强度达 143 1N/cm ,强力损失 <6 %。
Aramid fibre is a high performance industrial fibre with excellent properties, thus it become a kind of ideal strengthening materials for rubber. But the adhesiveness of them to rubber is poor. In this paper, the recipe of the adhesive system and dip coating technical of aramid fibre are studied. Thus the adhesion of the products is 143.1 N/cm, and the strength loss of them is below 6%.
