摘要
介绍了重磅真丝织物新产品设计的思路 ,对新开发的全真丝、真丝与棉交织、真丝与毛交织、真丝与麻交织的产品试样进行了性能测试与分析 ,并对织造工艺参数与织物综合性能的关系作了理论研究 ,建立了数学模型 。
Describes the design concept for the new product development of heavy weight real silk fabrics, with the properties of such samples as newly developed all silk, silk/cotton, silk wool mixed, silk ramie mixed fabrics tested and analyzed. Moreover, the relation between weaving processing parameters and comprehensive fabric properties is theoretically investigated, with mathematical model established, thus enabling the possibility for transforming qualitative assessment afterwards into quantitative assessment beforehand.
