超高效液相色谱法测定螺旋藻片中β-胡萝卜素

摘要 摘要:建立了超高效液相测定天然β-胡萝卜索软胶囊中β-胡萝卜素的方法。采用ACQUITYUPLCBEHC18(2.1×50mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相,流速为0.3mL/min,柱温为40℃,检测波长为450nm,β-胡萝卜素与其它组分分离良好。回收率在80%~90%之间。本方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。 A UPLC method for the determination of β-carotene in spirulina tablets was established. Using methanol as the mobile phase at flow rate 0.3 mL/min, the column temperature was 40 ℃, β- carotene was completely separated from other composition on a ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (2.1 ×50mm,1.7μm) ,then was detected at 450 nm. The average recovery for real samples ranged from 80% to 900/0. The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
