摘要
开发了一种反应与精馏一体化的醋酸与甲醇酯化生产醋酸甲酯生产工艺。通过模拟计算和小试验证及参数调优,确定反应精馏塔的优化操作条件:操作压力为101.33kPa,回流比为1.9,进料m(AcOH)/m(MeOH)为1.1-1.6,醋酸进料板为第5块。
A reactive distillation process for synthesis of methyl acetate by esterification of acetic acid with methanol was developed. Through simulation calculation, experimental verification and parameter optimization, the optimum operation conditions of the reaction distillation column were determined as follows: operation pressure of 101.33kPa, reflux ratio of 1.9, feed acetic acid/ methanol mass ratio of 1.1-1.6 and acetic acid feeding at the fifth stage.
