摘要
电网发生故障时,发电厂要能自动迅速的地按照调度指令进行相关操作,避免电网事故扩大。2012年11月5日,托电公司4条送出线路中3条跳闸,只有1条正常运行,针对此次事故,论述了线路跳闸对发电厂的影响、电厂侧的事故处理过程以及应对方案,对方案的可行性进行论证并指出了方案中有待改进的地方。
When the power grid accident occurred,the power plants must be able to execute the instructions from the dispatching department automatically and quickly to avoid enlarging the power grid accident. At November 5,2012,three of four output lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped,only one line remained in normal operation. Aiming at this accident, the influence of the trip-out accident of output line on the power plant,the accident treatment process in the power plant side and the response scheme were expounded. The feasibility of the scheme was demonstrated,and some shortcomings needing to be improved of the scheme were pointed out.
