托电公司送出线全部跳闸后机组的黑启动措施

Black start measures of power units of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited after all output transmission lines tripped

2012年冬季极端雨雪天气下,托电公司4条500 kV送出线路中3条相继跳闸。针对有可能发生的500 kV出线全部跳闸情况,提出了托电公司机组的黑启动措施,以保证机组设备的安全。

Due to the extreme rain and snow weather occurred at the winter of 2012,three of four 500kV output transmission lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped successively. Aiming at the probable accident of all four 500 kV output lines tripping,the black start measures of units of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited were proposed so as to ensure safety of the unit equipments.
