摘要
2012年冬季极端天气下,托电公司500 kV出线相继跳闸,线路跳闸冲击循环水变频器,导致四期#8机组循环水瞬时中断。对整个事故过程进行了分析总结,提出了循环水中断处理方案,总结了防止循环水中断的控制措施。
Due to the extreme rain and snow weather occurred at the winter of 2012,three 500 kV output transmission lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped successively. The line trip-out accident impacted on the water circulating frequency converter,which caused the circulating water supply of unit No. 8 of project phase Ⅳ to interrupt instantly. The whole accident process was analyzed and summarized. A circulating water interruption handling scheme was proposed,and the control measures to prevent circulating water interruption accident were summarized.
