面对发电厂全厂停电的极端恶性事故,需要运行人员有极高的事故处理能力和灵活应对能力。为了防止全厂停电可能造成其他事故和机组有序恢复启动,根据托电公司系统存在的问题,提出了有效可行的管控策略和解决方案。

In order to face extreme malignant accident of power plant-wide power outage,very high accident handling ability and flexible problem-solving ability are needed for the operators. In order to prevent other accidents may caused by the accident of power plant-wide power outage and to ensure the stopped units to restart orderly,according to the problems existing in Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited,the effective and feasible controlling strategy and solutions were put forward.
