介绍了"一一·五"事件的经过,分析了事件发生的原因,给出了输变电设备应对恶劣天气的预防性措施,指明了具体检修项目和管理规范,供处理类似问题时参考。
The process of the '11. 5'accident was introduced. The reasons of the accident were analyzed. The preventive measures for the power transmission and transformation equipments to cope with severe weather were given. The concrete overhaul items and the management standard were shown clearly. The results of this paper provide reference for dealing with similar problems.
