托电公司紧急停运事件处置分析

Analysis on disposal of emergency shutdown accident of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited

2012年11月5日,托电公司外送母线有3条跳闸,导致#1,#2,#3和#5机组紧急停机。对事件处理过程中应急指挥管理、设备管理、运行管理、防寒防冻和后勤保障等方面进行分析,并给出了处置办法,供处理此类事件时参考。

At November 5,2012,three of output transmission lines of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited tripped,and this caused the units No. 1,2,3 and 5 shut down urgently. The emergency command management,the equipment management, the operation management,the cold-proof and anti-freeze,the logistical support and others in accident treatment process were analyzed,and the disposal methods were given,which provide reference for similar event treatment.
