摘要 Span-80是一种典型的低分子非离子型表面活性剂,具有较好的乳化、分散、渗透和增溶特性,是生产乳化炸药必备的乳化剂。本文采用二步法工艺,研究了醚化温度、时间及其用量和酯化温度、时间对产物的影响。结果表明:当醚化温度为160℃、醚化时间90min和0.80%的催化剂A用量,以及酯化催化温度220℃、催化剂B用量0.18~0.25%、酯化时间3h时得到的产物最好。 Abstrct Span-80, a typical low molecular weight non-ionic surface active agent with good emulsifying, dispersing, solubilizing and penetration properties, is an emulsifier necessary to prepare emulsion explosive. In this paper, the etherification temperature, time and dosage and reaction temperature and the influence of time on the products were investigated using two-step process. The results show that, when the temperature of the etherification is 160~C, etherification time is 90 rain, the amount of etherification catalyst A is 0.80%, and the esterification catalyst temperature is 220℃, the amount of catalyst B is 0.18 to 0.25%, the esterification reaction time is 3h, the product obtained is the best.
