超声回弹综合法检测混凝土抗压强度曲线的建立

摘要 针对云南电力施工的特点,在云南省十六个州市对混凝土主要材料:水泥、砂、碎石进行取样,检测分析后运用"正交试验设计"对电力建设常用C15至C35混凝土配合比设计,制作立方体抗压试件。对试件进行超声回弹检测和抗压强度检测,对检测数据进行回归分析和曲线拟合,得到的回归方程更加适用于云南地区电力工程混凝土强度检测,精度更高,可以在实际工程中使用。 After sampling, testing and analysis of the major concrete materials such as cement, sand and crushed stone in 16 prefectures and cities according to the electric power project construction features in Yunnan Province the cubic compression specimens were made for the common C15 through C35 concrete mix design used in power construction by applying "the orthogonal experimental design". Both the ultra- sonic rebound test and the compressive strength test were conducted on the specimens. The test data were regressively analyzed and the fitting curves were established, the regress equation obtained from which is of high accuracy and is more applicable to the concrete strength test in power engineering projects in Yun- nan region.
