摘要
通过提升教师素养、重建课堂教学、建设班级文化及改革评价标准等途径来达成培育学生生命自觉意识,促进学生生命自觉成长的研究目标,让轻松和谐的师生关系逐渐成为学校生活常态,师生的价值取向、思维方式和行为习惯渗透出生命自觉的气息,由此生成一种基于生命自觉的眼光和视角。这是一个潜移默化的、长期的、持续的过程。
To develop students' life awareness and facilitate their life growth, we must heighten teachers' qualities, reconstruct classroom teaching, construct classroom culture, and reform the assessment criteria, so that the relaxing and harmonious relationships between teachers and students are gradually becoming a common state of school life, and teachers' values, thinking styles and behaviors are permeated with life awareness, which is imperceptible, eternal and continuous.
