摘要
教师专业发展是当今教育改革的主要议题之一。信息技术环境下教师学习共同体研究为促进教师专业发展提供了一种新的保障和路径。本研究从文献研究入手,对相关概念进行界定,分析了教师学习共同体研究的现状,并基于信息技术的视角,总结教师学习共同体相关研究成果,探究研究规律,发现研究存在的不足,以期为相关后续研究与实践提供有益的借鉴和参考。
Teacher professional development is one of the main topics on current educational reform. Research on teacher learning community based on information technology provides a new kind of guarantee and avenue for teacher professional development. This paper, starting with the previous literatures, defines some relevant concepts, and analyzes the current situation of research on this topic, and from the perspective of information technology summarizes the related fruits of research, explores the laws of research, and discovers the defects of the existing studies in hopes of providing useful lessons and references for the follow-up studies and practice.
