摘要
新课程改革倡导学生自主、合作探究,这必将对教师的合作备课提出更高的要求。但是,由于受客观条件的限制,有些农村学校规模小,师资力量薄弱,连最基本的校内备课组合作都无法开展,因而无法形成学科备课组合力,造成教学上的原始、封闭、停滞。鉴于此,探讨以教研员为纽带的城乡校际备课组合作模式,可以缩小县域内城乡教师的备课差异,提高备课质量,实现城乡教育均衡发展。
Students' autonomous and cooperative exploration advocated by new curriculum reform has made higher demands on teachers' cooperative preparation for lessons. However, for limitations of objective conditions, some rural schools are small in schooling scales with poor capabilities of teachers, so they can not integrate the power of subject preparation teams, which brings about the backward, enclosed, and standstill state of teaching. To solve the above problem, a new mode of cooperation in lesson preparation between the rural and urban areas needs to be explored, closing the gap between rural and urban teachers and enhancing the quality of lesson preparation for the final realizing of balanced development of rural and urban education.
