Memorizes of Dusi Pond

都司湖是武汉音乐学院校内的一片湖水。1869年,湖北学政张之洞在这里办起了"经心书院";1903年将两湖书院又易名为"两湖总师范学堂";北伐军攻克武昌后,这里办起了"中央军事政治学校"(既黄埔分校);抗战胜利后,这里又建起"国立体育师范专科学校";1950年这里成了中原大学文艺学院的校址;1953年,这里经历了"中南音专"、湖北艺术学院;1985年,这里又建成了武汉音乐学院。都司湖见证了武汉音乐学院的发展历程。

Dusi Pond is a little lake within the campus of Wuhan Conservatory of Music. In 1869, Hubei Government Zhang Zhidong have been set up ＂Jing Xin academy of classical learning＂ here; in 1903, the title was changed to ＂ Two Lakes General Normal School＂; after the Northern Expedition Army captured Wuchang, here established ＂Central Military and Political School＂ （e. g. , branch of the Huangpu （Whampoa） Military Academy＂; After the victory of the AntiJapanese War, here was the campus of ＂National Sports Teacher＇s College＂; in 1950, tile Art School of Zhongyuan College chose here as the school site; in 1953, here has＂ experienced ＂Music Academy in CentralSouth China＂ and Hubei Art Institute; in 1985, Wuhan Conserva tory of Music born on this earth. Dusi Pond was a historical witness to Wuhan Conservatory of Music develop ment.
