教育公平视域下城乡学校体育教育均衡供给制度研究

On Balanced Supply System of School Physical Education Between Urban and Rural Areas from the Perspective of Education Equality

长期以来农村在教育机会、教育权利和教育资源等方面,较城市学校教育而言,存在严重供给失衡问题,严重制约了我国教育公平政策的整体推进.运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,从教育公平的视域,就当前城乡学校体育教育供给存在的种种失衡现象进行深层次的制度分析与公共政策研究.建立城乡学校体育教育供给的均等化制度,有利于从立法上破除"二元户籍制度"壁垒,改变城市偏向型的二元社会结构,维护社会和谐.

For a long time, there are serious imba[anced supply problems in terms of education opportunity, rights and resources be- tween urban and rural areas, which seriously restrict the advancement of education fair policy in our country. This paper deeply analy- zes the system and public policy in allusion to these imbalanced phenomena from the perspective of education equality. Establishing a system of equal supply to both urban and rural school sports education is beneficial to break the barrier of ＂dual household registration system＂ from the legislation level, to change the dual social structure with city- biased policy and to maintain social harmony.
