The Evolution Mechanism and Effect Analysis of Regional Economic Development Strategy

改革开放以来,我国区域经济发展战略经历了由"均衡发展战略"到"非均衡发展战略"再到"协调发展战略"的演进。这一演进过程,既是我国经济发展过程的必然选择,也是不断总结经验,吸取教训的结果体现。本文从积极和消极两方面深刻剖析了这种演进机制对我国区域经济发展的影响,从中得出有价值的结论。这些结论将有助于避免经济社会资源的浪费,增大发展战略实施的可行性,提高实施效果。

Since the Reform and Opening-up,development of Chinese regional economy has un-dergone three stages,namely,the “balanced development strategy”,the “non-balanced development strategy”,and the“coordinated development strategy”This evolution process is not only an inevitable choice of Chinese economic innovation,but also is the result of the experiences and lessons we have drawn from time to time.This article analyses the positive and negative effects of this evolution mechanism on regional economic development,and reaches some valuable conclusions which will help to avoid the waste of economic and social resources,increase the feasibility of implementation of de-velopment strategies and improve the implementation results.
