摘要
采用蛋白酶与有机硅相结合的技术 ,对羊毛绒线进行超级柔软整理 ,并选择先酶处理后染色的工艺 ,可降低染色温度、减少染料用量、节省能源、降低生产成本 ,且生产效率高 ,污染少。处理后的绒线手感滑糯、弹性好、有特殊的光泽、一定的防毡缩效果和抗起球性。该工艺可替代传统的氯化丝光工艺 ,是绒线高档化的有效途径之一。
The super soft finish of knitting wool was performed by using protease enzyme-organic silicon integrated technology. The process of enzyme treatment followed by dyeing was selected. This method could apply lower dyeing temperature, reduce the amount of dyestuff, save the energy, cut the cost, raise the production efficiency and result in less pollution. The treated knitting wool was characterized by silky hand, good elasticity, special shade and certain effect of anti-felting and anti-pilling. It may replace the traditional chlorination mercerizing process. And it is one of the effective approaches to production of high graded knitting wool.
