基于项目管理视角下的数字图书馆建设风险综合评价方法

Comprehensive Risk Evaluation Method for Digital Library Construction Under the Perspective of Project Management

针对数字图书馆建设中存在的大量的项目风险,尤其是外部环境对项目实施的不确定影响的问题,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对项目的风险源进行了识别与评估。实例研究表明,利用模糊层次分析法能够有效识别出数字图书馆项目建设过程中存在的关键风险源。

According to the project risk in the digital libarary construction, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Proeess（FAHP） is adopted for the identification and evaluation of the digital library project risk, especially for the uncertain influence which rescut from external environment affecting the project implement. Exam- ple analysis shows that presented method can effectively identify the key risk source existing in the process of the digital library project construction.
