摘要
本文运用模糊综合评价法,对连通生产和消费环节的商贸企业的战略风险进行评价,结合实际情况建立了商贸企业战略风险评价指标体系,其中包含宏观环境、行业环境、企业能力、商品管理、服务、营销6个一级指标以及40个二级指标,通过层次分析法得出各指标权重,最终通过模糊综合评价运算得出商贸企业的战略风险等级,为商贸企业实施战略控制和规避战略风险提供帮助。
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the Department Enterprise strategic risk evaluation in the pater. Combined with the actual situation and established Department Enterprise strategic risk assessment index system, which includes the macro environment, industry environment, enterprise capability, product management, marketing services, 6 first level indicators and 4,0 indicators in level two.Get the weight of each index by AHP,and finally obtained Department Enterprise strategic risk grade by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
