The process of making and refining about wheatgerm oil was briefly expounded . The problem that wheatgerm wasn't easily conserved and must be timely dealt with and the problem that oil was extracted with solvent were pointed out， at the same time， nutrition value of wheatgerm oil and the application of food、 medicine and cosmetic etc were introduced.
