摘要 扼要阐述了小麦胚油的制取与精制过程,并指出了采用溶剂浸出法制油时应注意的问题等,同时介绍了小麦胚油的营养价值及在食品、医药、化妆品等方面的应用。 The process of making and refining about wheatgerm oil was briefly expounded . The problem that wheatgerm wasn't easily conserved and must be timely dealt with and the problem that oil was extracted with solvent were pointed out, at the same time, nutrition value of wheatgerm oil and the application of food、 medicine and cosmetic etc were introduced.
