平潭“智慧岛”发展模式探究

城市的发展日益受到资源、空间环境的约束,而智慧城市的发展模式恰恰符合了未来城市发展的需求。"十二五"时期,我国全面进入城市时代,城市发展将由劳动、资本、土地等传统要素驱动转向信息、技术、知识等创新要素驱动。大力推进智慧城市的建设是我国实现"十二五"时期提高城市发展质量,创新城市生产、生活和管理方式的重要举措。在智慧城市的建设方面,平潭综合试验区拥有独特的优势的同时也存在挑战。

The development of the city is increasingly constrained by resources and space environment, while the devel- opment mode of intelligent city meets the needs of urban development in the future. In ＂ Twelfth five - year＂ period, our country will fully enter into the era of city. The elements which drived the development of city will change from labor, capital, land and other traditional elements to information, technology, knowledge and other innovation elements. Promoting the construction of intelligent city is an important measure to improve the quality of urban development and in- novate the way of production, and management. In the aspect of building intelligent city, Pingtan comprehensive ex- perimental zone has its advantage and aslo challenge.
