城镇建设的快速推进使城市拆迁矛盾愈发突出。拆迁纠纷凸显各种利益博弈,公共利益与个人利益如何实现平衡业已成为一个重要课题。基于维护拆迁户单方合法权益、行政机关依法行政和社会稳定性角度考虑,信赖保护原则引入城市拆迁纠纷越来越必要。同时城市拆迁房屋存在信赖基础,具备信赖行为,值得信赖保护,满足了信赖保护原则的三个必备条件。

With the rapid advance of the urban construction,the urban demolition contradiction has become more prominent,in which the demolition disputes are highlighting various interests of the game while it has become an important topic to balance the public interest and private one.Based on perspectives such as the protection of relocation household＇s legal right,the administrative organization＇s lawful adminstration and the social stability,to introduce trust protection principles into the urban relocation disputes is becoming more and more necessary.Meanwhile,the trust basis in the urban demolition should has three conditions,namely the trust action,the trust protection and the requirement of trust protection principles.
