独立设置的艺术院校是高等教育中不可缺少的重要组成部分,但以论文与课题为指标对其科研状况进行的实证调查显示,相对于综合性院校中下设的艺术院系,独立设置的艺术学院处于劣势。独立设置的艺术院校要改善科研状况,需要优化科研队伍,增加科研投入,完善科研管理机构,明确激励约束机制;既发挥传统优势,又着力科研建设,以彰显独立设置学院的个性、特色和发展水平。

The independently-founded art colleges are indispensable and important part in higher education.An empiric investigation for the present situation of scientific research based on two indicators of measuring the research papers and research projects in the independently founded art colleges finds that compared with the art colleges or departments in the comprehensive university the independently-founded art colleges are in a bad situation.If they want to improve their scientific research situation,the independently-founded art colleges should improve their research staff,their research investment,their scientific management organization and their motivation system,and not only need to develop the traditional strengths,but also need to focus on research development so as to highlight the independently-founded art colleges＇ personality,characteristics and development level.
