农户农地流转行为研究进展

Research Process on Household's Behavior of Rural Land Circulation

我国工农业收益悬殊,农村劳动力大量向非农转移,农地闲置,是促发农地流转的主要诱因。整个农户流转行为表现出区域性,流转模式多样性,呈现"去粮化"趋势。社会经济制度、农户自身禀赋和自然资源禀赋是流转行为的主要影响因素。目前学界在农户流转行为形成机制、新农村建设宏观背景下的农户流转行为以及农户流转行为长期定位调查等方面的研究还有待深入。

The reason inducing behavior of household farmland transfer is that a wide gap of relative revenue between the industry and agriculture. This result caused transfer of rural labor, farmland abandonment, and farmland transfer. Total behavior of household farmland transfer displays regional, diversity of model of transfer, and presenting nonfood farmland transfer. The main effect factors of behavior of farmland transfer are incorporated into socioeconomic system, household＇ property and natural resource endowment. At present, we should strengthen the study on formation mecha- nism of household＇ s behaviors of rural land transfer; our researches on behaviors of rural land transfer should melt into the background of construction of new rural; and our attentions must be paid to enhance the long-term study on house- hold＇ s behaviors of rural land circulation.
