大学生村官工作生活现状调查

A Survey of the Daily Life of College Student Village Officials

大学生村官在推动专业知识在农村中的运用、推进乡村民主法制和党建的进程、提升村级文书的质量、改变部分村民对教育和文化的看法等方面取得了显著成绩,但同时也存在实践动手能力不强、突发事件应急处理能力不足、定位不准等问题。必须着力解决这些问题才能让大学生村官选派工作达到"愿意来、干得好、留得住、有成长"的目标。

College student village officials perform excellently in many aspects, like prompting professional knowledge in rural area, accelerating the construction of democratic and legal systems of our Party, improving the quality of village -level secretaries ,changing villagers＇ attitude towards problems, such as rigidity and inflexibility in work, inability of dealing education and culture. However, there＇re still with urgency, impatience and irresponsibility to work, as well as lack of passion of cooperation and deficiency of self - evaluation. This paper aims at solving these problems for selection of College student village officials achieving the goal by the standard that college students are willing to come, to devote themselves to their work, to stay here and to keep advancing.
