电子资源建设是图书馆拓展生存和发展空间的必经途径。图书馆为适应不断变化的社会环境和用户需求,在做好传统馆藏文献建设的同时,应根据自身的状况制定出合理的电子资源发展策略,加快图书馆的网络化和数字化建设,实现数字化信息服务。

Construction of electronic resources is essential ways of expanding the space for survival and development of the library. To adapt to the changing social environment and user needs, traditional library literature construction should be done. At the same time, library should take measures according to their own conditions to develop a reasonable electronic resources development strategy, speed up the construction of library network and digitizarealize digital information services.
