话轮分配活动在高职高专英语口语教学中的应用——个案研究

摘要 从话语分析的角度,通过跟踪观察研究对象在话轮分配活动中的话语行为,以及对高职院校研究对象开放式采访后发现:(1)在话轮分配活动中,相对平等的话轮分配"迫使"沉默学生参与讨论;(2)话轮分配活动可增强沉默学生口语交流的信心并提高其口语交际能力。最后,探讨在话轮分配活动中相对公平地分配话轮和建立学生自信心的途径。 From the perspective of discourse analysis,and through a case study by means of a series of continual observations as well as open-ended interviews on students in vocational and technical colleges,it is found that first,relatively equalised turns could "force" the silent students to participate in discussions during turn-taking-allocated activity;secondly,turn-taking-allocated activities will improve silent students’ self-confidence in oral English and enhance their communicative competence.Finally,This paper discusses the paths of distributing equalised turns and building up students’ self-confidence.
