高职院校传统的动漫专业人才培养模式已经很难满足企业的实际需求,亟需改革。动漫技能大赛有助于高职院校及时了解动漫产业发展的新形势,准确定位自己在人才培养中的角色,从而推进人才培养模式的创新。在新的模式中,学生得以展现他们的职业技能和专业素养,教师也得以提高教学的说服力和实效性。

T he traditional comic and animation talents cultivation mode in higher vocational colle-ges can＇t meet the enterprises＇practical need any more ,w hich needs the reform urgently .Comic and animation skills competitions are helpful for higher vocational colleges to know the new development situation of the comic and animation industry timely and confirm their role in talents cultivation accu-rately ,which can promote the innovation of the talents cultivation mode .In the new mode ,while the students can show their professional skills and accomplishment ,the teachers can improve the persua-sion and effect of their teaching too .
