行动导向视角下基于团组教学的商务秘书实务教学设计

Teaching Design of Business Secretary Practice Based on Group Teaching from the Action-oriented Perspective

通过对高职院校教学方法的探索,提出应立足文秘专业人才培养方案的要求,以行动为导向,以团组教学为基础,提高商务秘书实务这一职业能力核心课程的教学效果。以"企业发文管理"与"企业收文管理"的教学内容为案例进行教学设计,为高职教改更好地激发学生的创造力、主动性和积极性,提供了实践和理论方面的探索途径。

Through the exploration on teaching methods of higher vocational colleges ,it is ad-vanced that we should improve the teaching effect of Business Secretary Practice which is a core curric-ulum for the professional competence based on the requirements of the talents cultivation scheme of the secretary major with the action-orientation as the guidance and group teaching as the foundation . The teaching design that takes the teaching content of Enterprise Sending Document Management and Enterprise Receiving Document Management as the cases can stimulate the students＇creativity ,initia-tive and enthusiasm ,w hich provides the exploration on the practical and theoretical level .
