高职学生积极心理资本及其与心理健康关系的调查

Investigation on the Positive Psychological Capital of Higher Vocational Students and its Relationship with Mental Health

为探讨高职学生积极心理资本的现状及其与心理健康的关系,选取215名高职学生,采用"积极心理资本量表(PPQ)"和"症状自评量表(SCL-90)"进行问卷调查,并进行相关分析。结果发现高职学生积极心理资本状况基本良好;高职学生积极心理资本与心理健康有显著相关关系。因此提升高职学生的心理资本,对心理健康有积极的促进作用。

In order to explore the positive psychological capital status of the higher vocational students and its relationship with mental health ,215 higher vocational students were chosen to be sur-veyed by means of positive psychological capital scale （PPQ ） and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） . The analysis is made and the results show that the basic positive psychological capital status of higher vocational students is in good condition and there is significant correlation between the positive psy-chological capital of higher vocational students and mental health .Therefore ,improving the psycho-logical capitals is of positive promotion effect on the mental health of higher vocational students .
