摘要
以A80为基础环氧树脂,分别加入不同改性酚醛树脂,添加促进剂,制成不同环氧树脂胶粘剂,使用玻璃纤维浸渍胶粘剂,经预固化、配料、层压后制成覆铜箔层压板(CCL),测试了不同胶粘剂制备的CCL的尺寸稳定性并通过酚醛树脂的结构探讨增韧机理。结果表明:以桐油、壬基酚、腰果酚改性的酚醛树脂固化剂制备的CCL与线形酚醛树脂为固化剂的CCL比较,X-Y方向的尺寸稳定性改善机理是引入柔性长链;以环氧大豆油与以上改性的酚醛树脂共同作用对CCL的X-Y方向尺寸稳定性有明显的改善的机理是柔性长链和IPN增韧;以双酚A改性酚醛树脂为固化剂对CCL的Z轴方向的尺寸稳定性有明显改善,同时Tg和耐热性都有提高,其机理是依靠提高交联密度。
The epoxy resin adhesive is prepared by A80, different modified phenolic resin, and promoter. And the glass fiber is impregnated with this adhesive. The CCL is made by pre curing, ingredients, laminated. The dimensional stability of CCL is tested and the toughening mechanism is discussed through the structure of phenolic resin. Results show that: The CCL which is fabricated by tung oil, nonylphenol, cardanol modified phenolic resin curing compared with linear phenolic resin as curing agent CCL, the X-Y direction dimensional stability of former is improved obviously. The mechanism is the introduction of a flexible long chain. The X-Y direction dimensional stability of epoxy soybean oil and modified phenolic resin CCL is increased effectively, and the mechanism is a long flexible chain and IPN toughening. The Z-CTE is improved with bisphenol A modified phenolic resin as curing agent on the, while Tg and heat resistance are also improved, the mechanism is by increasing the cross linking density.
