湖南高职教育服务“两型社会”建设的成就、问题与对策研究

Study on Achievements,Problems and Countermeasures of Hunan Higher Vocational Education Serving "Two- oriented Society" Construction

湖南省高职教育通过提供人才、技术、培训等服务为"两型社会"建设做出了积极贡献的同时,也存在服务"两型社会"建设的意识不强、专业结构与"两型社会"产业结构不协调、人才培养难以满足"两型社会"建设需求、服务"两型社会"建设的深度和能力不足等问题。要解决这些问题,需要优化构建高等职业教育格局,打造湖南职教特色专业体系,推动高职教育优质特色发展,提升高职教育服务产业发展能力。

There are some problems of Hunan higher vocational education which have made active contribution to ＂two- oriented＂ society construction through providing talents, technique and training. The consciousness of serving ＂two- oriented＂ society is not strong, the specialty structure and industrial structure of ＂ two- oriented＂ society cannot coordinate, talent training cannot satisfy the construction need of ＂two -oriented＂ society, and the capacity of serving ＂two - oriented＂ society is not strong. To solve these problems, we should optimize the con- struction pattern of higher vocational education, set up characteristic specialty system of Hunan vocational educa- tion, promote superior specialty development and improve serving industrial development of higher vocational edu- cation.
