摘要
以大曲酒糟为原料 ,采用同化淀粉能力强的热带假丝酵母Y2 0 - 1和有降解纤维素和半纤维素能力的绿色木霉T2混合发酵 ,生产蛋白饲料。确立了固体发酵培养基最佳配比、营养盐的组成、初始含水量、初始pH值及发酵时间。对发酵产品的分析表明 :粗蛋白增幅 5 0 .73% ,真蛋白增幅 43 .40 % ,粗纤维降解率达 2 0 .10 % ,淀粉降解率高达 6 1.81% ,产品出率为 90 .5 6 %。
Candida tropicalis Y20-1 with a strong ability of assimilating starch and trichoderma virid T2 with an ability of degrading cellulose and semi-cellulose were used for mixed culture in production of feed-protein from distiller's grain. The optimal ratio of solid-state media, the composition of nutritional salt solution, the initial moisture, the initial pH and the period of fermentation were obtained. The analysis of production indicated that the scale of increase of crude protein was 50.73%, real protein 43.40%, the degradation scale of crude cellulose 20.10% and starch 61.81%, and the yield of the products was 90.56%.
