日粮添加肉碱对早期断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 21日龄平均体重为 5 .85kg的断奶仔猪 6 4头 ,按随机区组设计分 4组 ,肉碱添加水平依次为 :0 ,5 0 ,10 0和 15 0mg/kg。各阶段及全程试验结果表明 :各组平均日增重 (ADG)以 3组 (10 0mg/kg添加组 )最高 ,但差异不显著 ;3组平均日采食量 (ADFI)比 1组 (0添加组 )或 2组 (5 0mg/kg添加组 )显著提高 7.7%~ 15 .2 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各组饲料转化效率 (FCR)及血清尿素氮 (SUN)、总血糖 (TG)和总胆固醇 (TC)含量均无显著差异。结论 :日粮中添加 5 0~15 0mg/kg肉碱不能提高 2 1日龄早期断奶仔猪的ADG和FCR ,但添加 10 0mg/kg肉碱可显著促进早期断奶仔猪的ADFI。 weaned piglets, 21 days of age and 5.85 kg in weight, were divided at random into four groups fed with the diets including L-carnitine of 0,50,100 and 150 mg/kg respectively. The results showed that the third group fed with the diets including L-carnitine of 100 mg/kg had the highest average daily gain(ADG), but the differences were not significant (P <0.05) . And the average daily feed intake of the third group was significantly increased by 7.7%~15.2% ( P <0.05) comparing with the first and second group. There were no any significant differences among all groups in feed conversion rate(FCR), serum urea nitrogen(SUN), total glacose(TG) and total cholesterol(TC) contents. Therefore, the average daily gain(ADG) and the feed conversion rate(FCR) of the weaned piglets at the age of 21 days fed with the diets containing L-carnitine of 50 and 150 mg/kg can not be improved. But the average daily feed intake(ADFI) of the third group fed with the diets containing L-carnitine of 100 mg/kg can be improved remarkably.
