低碳经济视角下桂西资源富集区工业园区发展问题研究

Study on the Industrial Park of Resource-rich Regions of Western Guangxi in the View of Low-carbon Economy

桂西资源富集区工业园区为该区域经济的发展做出了重要的贡献,工业园区在推动桂西资源富集区经济发展的过程中占据着重要地位,但从低碳经济角度来看该区域工业园区还存在着高能耗、高污染等问题。为了促进桂西资源富集区实现可持续发展,推动该区域工业园区发展低碳经济,应从节能减排、污染治理、筹集资金、引进人才等方面采取措施,促进桂西资源富集区工业园区低碳化发展。

The industrial park in resource-rich regions of western Guangxi have been making significant con- tribution to the local economy and playing a very important part in the local economic development. In the view of low-carbon economy,however,there are such problems as high-energy-consumption and high-pollu- tion. In order to realize sustainable development of resource-rich regions of western Guangxi,it is very im- portant to take measures to develop low-carbon economy in the industrial park,including saving energy and redacing emission, controlling pollution,raising fund,and introducing related human resources etc.
