服务业FDI、产业结构升级与中国CO_2排放

FDI in Service Industry,Upgrade of Industrial Structure and CO_2 Emissions in China

服务业FDI和产业结构升级对CO2排放影响一直倍受学术界和政府的重视。文章利用2000—2011年时间序列数据,通过逻辑分析揭示服务业FDI对产业结构升级以及节能减排的传导机理,并运用实证模型检验了服务业FDI、产业结构升级等因素对中国CO2排放产生的作用。结果表明,服务业外商直接投资通过资本效应、技术效应等方式驱使产业结构升级;服务业外商直接投资和产业结构升级对我国CO2的排放均起抑制作用,产业结构升级对其抑制效应最强,而经济增长对CO2排放则具有加剧效应。

The effect of FDI in service industry and the upgrade of the industrial structure on the CO2 emis- sions have drawn tremendous attention of the academics and the government, this article takes the time se- ries data from 2000 to 2011,trying to find out the effect mechanism of FDI in service industry upon the upgrade of industrial structure,energy saving and emission reduction through logical analysis;then applies the empirical model to examine the effect of FDI in service industry,upgrade of the industrial structure on the CO2 emissions of China. The results show that,the foreign direct upgrading of industrial structure through capital effect,technology investment in service industry helps the effect and so on. Both the foreign direct investment in service industry and the upgrade of the industrial structure decrease the C02 emissions,while the economic growth increases the CO2 emissions in China.
