摘要
液化石油气球罐使用数年后,在球罐内外表面常常会出现大量的裂纹缺陷,这些缺陷严重影响到球罐的安全使用,也缩短了球罐的使用寿命。对无缺陷、带裂纹、裂纹打磨成凹坑的球罐进行了有限元分析,得到三种情况下球罐的强度。研究结果表明,凹坑尺寸不大的情况下,带凹坑的球罐可以继续工作,研究结果对液化石油气球罐的使用具有参考价值。
Plenty of cracks are appeared on the internal and external surfaces of the LPG spherical tank after the usage for several years, which will seriously affect the safety conditions and shorten the service life of the spherical tank. The spherical tanks without defect, with cracks, cracks into concavity have been analyzed by finite-element methods and the intensity of spherical tank in the three conditions has been obtained. The research result shows that the spherical tank with small concavity could be put into use again, which has a great reference value for the usage of LPG spherical tank.
