摘要
排水性沥青混合料(OGFC)是一种具有大孔隙率特点的新型沥青混凝土路面.其孔隙率一般在15%~25%.通过对不同孔隙率下的OGFC-13进行抗滑性能实验、排水性能实验、降噪性能实验、高温抗变形实验、抗水损害实验以及力学实验研究,系统地分析了OGFC-13孔隙率对混合料的各项路用性能的影响关系.实验结果表明:对于以抗滑为主要目的OGFC混合料的孔隙率最佳范围是18%~20%;对于以排水为主要目的OGFC混合料的孔隙率最佳范围是20%~ 25%.
Open Graded Friction Course (OGFC) is a new type bituminous concrete pavement with the characteristic of macroporosity which generally ranges from 15% -25%. By the research of anti - slide performance test, water draining performance test, noise reduction performance test, resistance to deformation under high temperature test, water damage resistant test and mechanics test on OGFC -13 under different porosity, the influence of OGFC - 13 porosity on various kinds of pavement performance of mixture. The experiment shows that as for the OGFC mixture whose main purpose is skid resistance, the optimal range of the porosity is 18% -20% ; as for the OGFC mixture whose main purpose is water draining, the optimal range of the porosity is 20% ~ 25%.
