摘要
研究了银耳枸杞保健饮料生产时的工艺参数。结果表明 ,产品的最佳配方为 :银耳 8% (湿基 )、枸杞 2 % (湿基 )、复合稳定剂 0 1 5%、糖 1 2 %和酸 0 1 %。
The technologcal parameters for the production of the beverage were studied in the paper.The results showed the optimum formula as follows:Tremella fuciformis 8%(on wet basis),Chinese wolfberry 2%(on wet basis),complex stabilizer 0 15%,sugar 12% and citric acid 0 10%
