摘要
以一种新型高压液压泵用异型齿轮为研究对象,主要针对其齿廓方程进行理论研究及结果验证。提出了一种新颖的求解齿廓方程的理论——啮合角函数理论,省去了大量复杂的工作,使求解过程简单明了。在此基础上设计出一种特殊形状共轭齿廓,并利用仿真软件对结果进行验证和运动分析,最终确定这种齿轮齿形的获得方法。对这种异型齿轮进行性能分析。
The object of this dissertation is the special-shaped tooth of a gear used in a new kind of high-pressure pump; we focus on the gear profile equation and launch theoretical research and valida-tion of the results. The passage raises a new theory about how to find out the gear profile equation--engaging angle function theory. Applying this method can save a lot of complicated work,and simplify the solv- ing process. On this basis, we design a special-shaped gear tooth, than work on the validation of the results and kinematic analysis using Pro/E. Finally we draw a conclusion of how to find this gear profile e- quation
