摘要
分析了传统鼠标在长时间使用时导致手腕疲劳的问题,设计了一种新型单指鼠标。阐述了新型鼠标的结构及使用方法,并基于UG NX6.0进行了产品造型和鼠标外壳零件自动编程加工,通过电路组装,试制出该新型单指鼠标。该鼠标具有结构更小,更健康,符合人机工程学的特点。
Traditional PC mouse has some problems on wrist disease. To solve these problems, first, the details of design and structure of the new mouse were discussed, and then UG NX6.0 software was used to modeling, automatic programming and machining the mouse shell. Finally, circuits were assembled and the new single finger mouse was fabricated. The new single finger mouse is designed which is smaller, healthier and more ergonomic. It meets our requirements through daily using.
