摘要
针对烟草特种装备——SH37D型滚筒管板式烘丝机的滚筒支撑设计中存在不足,分析了滚筒的工作原理,结合滚筒支撑及螺栓出现的问题,对滚筒支撑进行了结构改进。最后,基于理论分析对滚筒支撑改进前后的力学性能进行比较,结果证明了改进后滚筒支撑的力学性能显著提高,为滚筒支撑类零件的强度设计提供重要的理论依据,具有一定的工程意义。
The design of brace on SH37D tobacco dryer which was special power equipment had insignificance, and the working principle of drum was analyzed. Combing with the problem of drum brace and bolts, the structure of drum brace was improved. Compared with original structure based on theoretical analysis, the mechanical property of drum brace with structure changed was greatly improved. It had great significance and engineering value for the strength design of drum brace parts.
