摘要
在分析以大力钳为例的带接头的装配体的三维实体模型中,正确的设置边界条件、载荷、约束并且合理划分网格的情况下,把销钉和弹簧两种真实接头用simulation中的接头模型代替,加快分析的速度和减少网格和接触的数量,简单快速的完成装配体的有限元分析,且能反过来生成接头模型的相应参数,对大力钳及其接头的优化设计提供有利的参数和数据。
In the analysis of locking pliers with joints assembly body of the there-dimensional entity model, setting the right bnnndary conditions, loading, constraints and reasonable division of the grid, with the joints model of Simulation instead of the pin and spring two real paris, can speed up the analysis speed and reduce the number of grid and contact, simple and rapid completion of the assembly body finite element analysis. It can in turn generate the corresponding parameter of the joints model, and provides a favorable parameters and data to the optimization design of loeking pliers and joints.
