摘要
本文以铁基合金粉为预制喷涂粉末,利用钛铁与石墨原位生成法,在Q235钢基体材料上通过选择合适的等离子喷涂工艺参数制备Fe-Cr-TiC金属陶瓷涂层,并用激光重熔进行后处理。结果表明:激光重熔处理可以改善等离子喷涂涂层组织不均匀缺陷,提高等离子喷涂涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性。当石墨和钛粉加入到喷涂粉末中时,在喷涂层中形成两种碳化钛(TiC and Ti8C5)。
In this study, the mixture of graphite and metallic tita- nium was employed as a carbonaceous precursor and it was sprayed on the Q235 surface by plasma spraying. The plasma spraying layer is remehed by high power CO2 laser equipment. The experimental results indicated that the laser remclting treatment could improve the defects of plasma spraying coating and increase the wear resistance of coating. The X-ray diffraction results showed there are two kinds of titanium carbide ( TiC and Ti8C5 ) formed in the plasma spraying coating when the graphite and metallic titanium were used as the spraying powders.
