乘员位置与晕船病发病率的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨船舶上不同部位对晕船病的影响,为降低晕船病的损害提供科学依据。方法 225名健康男性陆军学员随机分为9组,每组25名,分别处于船舶的不同部位(头左、头中、头右、体左、体中、体右、尾左、尾中、尾右),应用Graybile晕动病评价体系对出海第一天的晕船情况进行调查。对各组乘员晕船病发生率及晕船程度进行比较。结果出海第1天晕船病总发生率为53.3%。9个位置乘员晕船病发生率分别为:72%,52%,76%,44%,24%,40%,60%,48%,64%,不同位置乘员晕船病发生率及晕船评分有差异,船舶两侧的学员晕船发生率及评分高于船体中部的乘员,船舶头部与尾部的乘员晕船病发生率及评分高于船体中部的学员。结论乘员位置与晕船病发生率密切相关,当位于船体中部时晕船病发病率最低,晕船程度最轻。出海过程中乘员适当集中于船舶中部可降低晕船病的发生。 Objective To compare motion sickness incidence and pathogenetic condition of the occupants of different locations on board, and to provide the evidence to obviate the injury of motion sickness. Method The 225 healthy young male participants were divided into 9 groups randomly, 25 participants for each group. And the participants of the 9 groups were confined at different locations on board, including head-left, head-middle, head- right, body-left, body-middle, body-right, stern-left, stern-middle, stem-right. Graybiel motion sickness susceptibility questionnaire had been adopted to assess the severity of motion sickness on the first day after clear a port. Motion sickness incidence and Graybiel motion sickness scores, which represent the pathogenetic condition, of the paticipants in different groups were compared. Results The overall motion sickness incidence of motion sickness was 53.3%. The motion sickness incidence of the 9 groups were 72%,52%,76%,44%,24%,40%,60%, 48%, and 64%, respectively. The statistical results showed that the incidence and the Graybiel motion sickness scores of the 9 groups were different, who located at both sides of the board showed higher motion sickness incidence and higher Graybiel motion sickness score than who at the middle of the board; while who were located at the head and the stern had significant higher motion sickness incidence and higher Graybiel motion sickness score than who at the body of the board. Conclusion The location of the participants on the board is one of the important factors inducing motion sickness. The centeral sites of the board is the best position to avoid the injury from the motion sickness. It is possible to aviod the injury from motion sickness at let the occupants allocated to the centeral sites of the board during sailing.
