对基层央行深化民主管理的实践与思考

The Practices and Reflection on the Deepening Democratic Management of Grassroots Central Banks

民主管理是践行科学发展观、增强履职能力、推动和谐央行建设的重要途径。人民银行延安市中心支行以完善民主管理制度为特点、以促进高效履职为基点的民主管理工作模式,为促进中支科学发展发挥了积极的作用。本文对这一成功经验和实践中存在的薄弱环节总结考察,对新形势下人民银行基层行推进民主管理向纵深发展进行分析并提出建议。

Democratic management is the important way to practise the scientific outlook on development, enhance the implemen- tation ability, and promote the construction of harmonious central bank. The democratic management mode of Yan＇an municipal sub-branch PBC with the characteristics of perfecting democratic management system and on the basis of promoting efficient imple- mentation has played an active role in promoting the scientific development of the sub-branch. The paper sums up the successful expe- riences and shortcomings, makes the analysis on promoting the further development of democratic management for grassroots central banks in the new situation, and puts forward suggestions.
