摘要
就传统蒸馏甑桶与酒质的关系作了阐释 ,认为蒸馏设备存在某些不足 ,提出了改进方案设想 ,理论上似乎是可行的 ,但在实用上尚有不足 ,有待进一步探讨。
The relationship between the traditional distilling pots and the liquor quality was illustrated. And some innovation programme aiming at the disadvantages of distilling equipments were put forward in this paper, theoretically, it seemed to be passable but the results was unsatisfactory and it still needed further research.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
